With 50 well-appointed rooms, our hotel provides comfort and convenience in the heart of Metro Manila. Located at the border of Manila and Makati, we put you right at the center of the action. And if you’re craving a quick escape from the city’s hustle, we can arrange exciting out-of-town adventures just for you.

Terms of stay

By making a reservation through our official website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking cancellation	Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. • Flexible bookings may be cancelled or modified within the allowed period stated in the confirmation email. Cancellations made outside the allowed period or no-shows may incur charges equivalent to one night or the full stay.
Check-in, Check-out & Stay Extension	Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Extensions are subject to room availability and applicable rate adjustments. Guests should inform Front Office of any changes to their booking information.
Reservations, Cancellation & Payment	Guests are responsible for reservation charges and outstanding balances. Non-cancellable reservations are charged for the full booked stay. Cancellation of individual nights may incur a per-night cancellation fee. Outstanding charges may be charged to the registered payment method.
Guest Identification & Room Access	A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Additional keycards or room access will only be provided to registered guests with valid identification.
Hotel Keycards	A Php 500 charge applies for every damaged or misplaced hotel keycard.
Security, Valuables & Personal Belongings	Guests are responsible for securing their belongings and room doors. The hotel is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or unattended valuables. Safety deposit boxes are provided and recommended for guest use.
Damages, Missing Items & Guest Liability	Guests and their visitors are responsible for damage to or loss of hotel property, including furniture, linens, towels, and other amenities. Applicable charges may be posted to the guest's account.
Hotel Rules & Prohibited Activities	Parties are prohibited in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in rooms. Smoking inside rooms is prohibited. Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 11:00 PM.
Visitors & Alternative Venue	Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms after 11:00 PM. Heritage Restobar is available as a venue for hotel guests who wish to accommodate visitors.
Hotel Management, Liability & Jurisdiction	The hotel retains control of its premises and reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Manila Courts.
Guest Acknowledgement & Agreement	By signing the booking registration form, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the hotel's Terms and Conditions.
